What is a managed service agreement?

A managed service agreement basically takes all the responsibility and stress of your technology away from you and puts it on us. All your devices (endpoints) will be maintained by our remote monitoring and management software, your data will be backed up securely in the cloud and you’ll be protected with the latest endpoint antivirus software.

Do I get locked into a contract or penalised for leaving a managed service agreement?

Absolutely not. If you are not happy with the services we provide or you just want to change to another provider, all we require is 30 days notice.
